Personal-use site
RickClaw is a private personal dashboard and automation system operated for Henrique Ormonde's own use. It is not offered as a public service and does not create customer, user, or service-provider obligations for the public.
Authorized access only
Only Henrique and explicitly authorized parties may access or use RickClaw. Unauthorized access, testing, scraping, probing, or interference is prohibited.
No public availability commitment
RickClaw is provided for personal operational convenience. There is no guarantee of uptime, support, compatibility, data retention, or continued availability.
Connected services
Some features depend on third-party accounts or APIs authorized by Henrique. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, quotas, and account restrictions.
Acceptable use
RickClaw must not be used to violate laws, compromise accounts, send unauthorized communications, or interfere with systems. The site is intended for lawful personal productivity and automation only.
No warranties
RickClaw is provided as-is for personal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding accuracy, reliability, security, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the personal system evolves. Continued authorized use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
